Response-time targets
These are the beta targets referenced by Section 10 of our terms of service. They are reviewed before general availability.
- Detection to case: a new suspected match appears in your dashboard within 24 hours of detection.
- Approval to filing: a notice you approve is filed with the marketplace within one business day.
- Support: email answered within one business day, Monday to Friday, CET.
Service credits
During the beta: if the scan pipeline runs no scans for a full calendar day, paid plans receive a pro-rated credit for that day on the next invoice, applied automatically. No claim form. A formal percentage-based SLA ships with v1.0.
Incident history
No incidents recorded since the beta program opened in June 2026. Incidents, when they happen, will be listed here with timeline and root cause.
